if it were me, being the bitch that I am, I would go to his parents, authorities or whatever saying you took it as a threat just for the sake of seeing him scared:)
He wouldn't get into any real trouble of course after everything's cleared up, but imagine him having to tell his mother, "no mom, I just meant I was eventually going to seduce her and get in her pants"

You need to tell someone. A teacher cant really do much if it is out of school. What i would do, is go to the police, and tell them what has gone on, they wont be able to arrest him YET, but they will be aware of the situation, and might be able to put you on a protection program. Be careful, and keep people around you at all times.
