I hate to tell you this but poetry.com is a scam. You have to buy a book. They tell everyone the same thing. My friend entered on poetry.com and was scammed.

100% scam

They will want you to buy this book at some crazy cost and then you never get the book. Big scam I have heard someone on here say once that they payed for the book and never received it. They are good about getting peoples hopes up! Sorry about that I know it's disappointing! My friend went through the same thing.

im glad i didnt pay 4 tha book. yea theyre good at getting your hopes up... but thanks alot for letting me know so i didnt have to go off on these mutha fucaz lol well thanks alot for lettin me know bc now my poem has lyk been erased 4rm the website and i cant find it anywhere i was wondering what happened...

I won once with "my affair" and they said it was published but I had to buy the book...I never did but it does sound like a scam
