Phone help

Does anyone have the Samsung E720? I've just ordered it and I was wondering if it was any good? Like sound quality and stuff? Also, have you had any problems with it? Would appreciate your help!

I rarely make phonecalls for more than 5 minutes, but text a lot. Would texting make the face plates hot?
