Innocent till proven guilty

    In short yes.

    In long:
Why pre-judge or convict a person as being guilty of a crime when in fact that could as equally be innocent? I feel that this statement is even more true in cases such as trials where the sentence could be death. If the law was to kill an innocent man/woman because they made this pre-judgement then this action could not be reversed.
I would much rather allow someone the chance to prove their innocence in a situation before making my decision on whether they are guilty or not. Everyone should have the right to a fair trial.

Nope, I believe guilty til proven innocent. That's why your kept in court, and sometimes behind bars until your case is over. And still treated as a criminal.

I didn't say I would rather see a man behind bars, but that's the way I see the question. And about them being raped doesn't ALWAYS happen. Thats just stereotyping.

Well no, because not EVERYONE gets raped in prison. You are stereotyping it to a degree that it doesn't always happen. And no you won't be stereotyping peadophiles and rapists. Don't start ismail im not in the mood.
