Weight loss tips lol!

    lol kinda embarrasing but i need some weight loss tips... got any secrets diets or whatever post!

    Exercise. Seriously, it helps. First it might feel useless, but if you start jogging everyday, for example, soon you will have lost a lot of weight. I've never had weight problems but I go jogging and do stuff like that. It's fun and very beneficial. You also get the fresh air.

    Not eating junk food also helps. Try being two months without any candy. You start feeling really healty after awhile :)

    Biking is great! It's fun too! Go on a biking trip with some friends.

    heya, my sister has wanted to lose weight. And all she did was exercise, and drink lots of water. and she lost 1 1/2 stone (21 lbs).

    I lost alot of weight by working out, and i stop drinking pop forever, it helped alot.

    Stop drinking coke..drink water instead...work out..and don't just quit eating..eat several small healthy meals a day
    This stuff works for me..i'm 5'6 and a 104 lbs.

    One way to stop.
    Stop being a lazy fuck and get off your ass and do something.
    How can you not know how to lose weight?
