Exercise. Seriously, it helps. First it might feel useless, but if you start jogging everyday, for example, soon you will have lost a lot of weight. I've never had weight problems but I go jogging and do stuff like that. It's fun and very beneficial. You also get the fresh air. |

heya, my sister has wanted to lose weight. And all she did was exercise, and drink lots of water. and she lost 1 1/2 stone (21 lbs). |
