Anyone Know How I Can Get a CD Out?

My band is trying to get our CD out and heard. We've given it to some people but i just found it in the trash... lol. who should i give it to? Hel please?

i dont have suggestions for the cd right now, but if you want your music heard register (its free) at www.stlpunk.com and put your music as mp3's on the site. people regularly check those...you can also try it on www.myspace.com
