I am not a girl, but I think (well..know) that some girls really have problems when it comes to getting orgasms.

For some it is really hard, for others very easy..I know both.

An orgasm does not look like anything, as it has no physical shape:P (which you probably knew:P)

OK, stimulating the clitoris (I hate that word :P) can eventually stimulate a girl to orgasm. Orgasm, like above said, has no form, but muscles tighten etc, which may be visible. You may just have experiment with ... techniques ... and just see what happens. You may also need to be "turned on" first.
