Ahh, a confidence issue...

Looks will fall by the wayside if you can be confident to walk up and say hi with a smile on your face and a spring in your step.

An idea might be to start slowly by say... walking past, smile brightly and say 'Hello', keep walking and don't look back.

Later the same day or the day after do the same. Be polite, cheery and confident say 'Hello'. Again, DON'T look back.

Next time, say 'Hi', almost like you're on first name basis with the fella. Then say something along the lines of didn't I see you earlier/yesterday etc. yeah, I did.. I remember your face.

Make sure you mention that he stuck in your mind.

From there you're on your own, but that's a good way for a gradual introduction over a few days. I should know, done it myself in my youth more than a few times.

when ever you find some one you really like it always seems to turn out that way...where you really embarass yourself in front of him...i have had that happen to me...on the last day of school i triped over the guy i really really like but he helped me up so it was all good

I don't mean literally laugh at yourself, but that you see the humour in things that are embarassing rather than running away or hiding in your shell. if you do laugh at the situation it will make you fifty times more cute to a man's eye, I can guarantee that.
