If I wasn't so tired...I'd read all that..But as it stands I gave up halfway through it. And Jacklyn, they'd end up killing each other or worse...Think of sex...o.O You know I'm all for sex but not when it's against ones will and when someone is trying to be punished...they don't deserve sex...And they don't deserve to be able to torture or kill or maim or fight ever single night

Give a homeless person direction, self worth and a little dignity and those percentages will fall, Slam. Unless we address the problem the percentages you mention will continue to rise as they probably have done since 2003. The percentages don't really matter, just look at the number of people.*

I'm not all about the big flaming hammer of justice.

*Percentages are often deceiving. Since I was born the population of the world has increased by 50%. Any statistic where crime has not increased by 50% is a drop in the number of crime per capita.

You would like to think that direction would help most of them but it won't. Some of them yes, it may help. but some of the have been living like this for years upon years on the streets and don't know how to really survive in the bussiness world. it's just like someone going to jail, some that go to jail for 15 years or so and are released are back in our world and they don't know the new things invented, heck some of them don't even know about the internet and email, most of them do seem to end back in jail because that's thier only way of life. homeless people don't know the responsibility of keeping a job or paying the bills, all they know is trying to find food to survive and a place to keep warm. i wish we could easily help these people but it may be no help to them at all and they may be on the streets once again.l

No most homeless people here are because of drugs, and bad choices, some because of uncontrollable events. i don't have much to offer them right now to help them. And i am just posting facts that i have found using that as my argument, i haven't judged i just researched, and have stated the facts i have found.

I support the death penalty only in EXTREME cases. Even so, I couldn't make the decsion to put someone in the electric chair. That movie "The Green Mile" made it impossible for me to ever make that decision.

The Green Mile was a MOVIE set in a different time, where there was constant discrimination against black people and they had little criminal uhm..tools...to find the correct suspect...
