To apply:
Just go to the right side of the screen where it has your poems and select "Poetry Clubs." At the top follow the link to join as an assistant and go to the club "Teenage Writers" and apply to be an assistant!

I can't. I don't have silver in Favorite's or Writer's. But otherwise, I would have loved to join...
