Have you ever noticed...

there is always someone who has it worse than you in life.

Today, I was kinda upset & doing my best to convince myself just exactly how much my life sucked (for lack of a better word) So I was driving to the bank and was stopped at a stoplight, wallowing in self pity... when I looked up, there was a man with only one leg crossing the street in front of my van & he looked at me and smiled the biggest smile ...
That hit me like a ton of bricks. Here I sit letting some trivial issues ruin my day & he's happy as can be...
I felt like an idiot. It straightened me up pretty fast.

Just thought I would share that... Maybe it will help someone who is having a bad day.

ya when im down and think i have the worst life ever, i try to think of how other people have it worse than me. usually helps me, sometimes no, but for the most part it helps me.
