Reaction only fuels them. Their type thrives off others who can't defend themselves well. It's because they are personally weak on he inside and need to make others suffer for them to feel powerful, if you get what I'm saying. Ignore her threats, because if she is threatening people, she needs to be stopped. Verbal and written threats are conscidered misdemenors and possibly felonies and are grounds for expulsion from a school system and possible court action. Tell the teacher or administrator in charge what is going on and notify them that your friend is scared to death of this girl. They will make sure nothing happens. Good luck.
