Because I click on a link again and the poem was still there, I assumed they got deleted!!!

I don't think they've been gotten to yet. O.O Or maybe they've been deleted and there hasn't been any updates to deleted poems...

Btw, Dainz is in charge of deleting stolen poems. :P

actually all moderators are responsible for deleting plagarized poems. They aren't deleted right away, as there aren't always moderators on, and sometimes there isn't enough evidence to delete the poem based on plagarism.
