I went to a Latin translation site and this is what it came up with:

Upon hand taus lady to commit breath

    So... Uhh yeah...

It is Latin and to be correct it should have read:

In manus tuas, Domine, commendo spiritum meum.

    English Translation:

Into your hands, O Lord, I commend my spirit.

It is part of a Latin prayer that was recited in the Catholic mass. In the 1500s it was adapted to choral music by the English composer, Thomas Tallis.

Yay i was right! Latin was the language! Aloso thank you, and that wasn't quite the transolation I had but its about the same. The transolation I have was "Into Thy hands Lord I commend my spirit" but I only thought that because one of my old friends had a tatoo of that and she told me lol. Well tons of thanks and alot of love!
