I need some help

Dont worry, if your poems are good then the rating should go back up again with time. i shouldnt care so much about the rating system anyway. some people can be spiteful and rate low. if you are happy with your poems then that is all that matters. i would take more notice of the comments and critique you receive then the overall rating.

That's sad. But I agree, the rating system isn't that important, it's just a blurry guess at what people think of your poems, and it doesn't take much to make it personal.
