Not just poetry but in novels short stories whatever, who do you people feel deserves this title.

In my mind Mark Twain gets the title hands down, but I have heard from some that Herman Melville is a tie with him. What do the rest of you think?

Two of my faves. Tennessee Williams for A Streetcar Named Desire & Bob Kane for his Batman comics.
