Body Painting, Hair Colouring

If anyone used to or still does watch wrestling, you might know who Jeff Hardy is. But can people please tell me do you think what Jeff does is cool, with the different colour hair all the time and his luminous body art? Also what does he use for his hair and body art, someone told me he uses food colouring in his hair and also what does he use for body paint?
