tramping camp

im goin on a camp kinda thing but its like nomadic. we tramp 3 days, bike one and kayak one. does any1 have any tips for me because i dont really know what to expect, i mean i know what i'll be doing but yeah. got ne tips?

umm bring bug spray

bring long life milk... that powder stuf is crap!! we had it when my class went tramping in the corromandle and yea... nasty memories.... have fun tho aye =)
