i feel so sry for that dude his whole family died and he had to live with the stupid nazis on his ass all the time that would have sucked

i know many dutch people, my grandparents lived under occupation... your right it did suck. My Opa (thats grandpa in dutch) was sent away from his family for his own safety and they were extremely poor.. but you have to look at it from both sides. The Germans also suffered in the war and they were literaly brainwashed by Hitler and thought they were doing what was good.. just doing their jobs.. you could possibly say that it sucks for people in Iraq to live under American occupation although it isn't exactly under the same circumstances... the American troops are just doing their jobs, and what they think is right

Ya I was watching a television show on people who were german soldiers in the Holocaust, and they were raised to dislike jews (and all other people who wern't necisarilly like them) by there parents. They thought it was an honor to fight, just as American soldiers today do. Obviously I still think that it was a horrible tragedy, just I think the soldiers are almost never to blame. the corrupt leaders are. They would have been killed if they wern't on Hitlers side.
