Universities?

what uni's in the US have a good rep for music/performing arts n stuff? I am interested in coming to the US for uni

im not sure about US but Univeristy of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University are really good for music (both in Vancouver, BC)... it's about an hour or so from US border?? im planning to apply to University of Toronto next year, considering in doing a minor for music, think their music is good too... UT is like, ranked 25th in world's university?? fairly good prices, standards arent too high...
