Consider this...

A guy on an a recent tv programme asserts that:

'Evil people will always commit evil acts; good people wil always do good deeds. But when good people begin to commit evil acts it will be in the name of religion'

The same guy (can't remember his name) also says that religion should not be taught because of this.

After 9/11, London and other areas of the world that have been hit by terrorists, I have to agree with this man.

What do you think. Ban the teaching of religion and save the planet?

religion shouldn't be banned... it's probably been around as long as humans itself. the end of religion will be at the end of humanity. we naturally are curious as to how we got here we still have no scientific proof as to who created us. good people don't do evil things in the name of religion... the crusades was motivated by god.... which god would want the slaughtering of thousands. good men do evil things for personal benifit

teaching religions in school shouldn't be banned.

i grew up in a private, Catholic school. it's not as bad as some people think it is.

it's worth it. whoever said to ban it, must be crazy.

some of the people i know are only sane, are only on (what some people call) the "good side" because of religion.

religion gives people something to hold on to, because if you believe, no one can take that away from them..
