Pinhole Photography

Does anyone else do this? When you have a tiny pin-prick hole in a can for instance, and take photos? I find the finished pieces really interesting and am thinking about taking some myself.

May i ask what exactly is pinhole photography? I have been in photography for a while but i have never heard of that. thanks.. cYa ~D~

Pinhole photography is when the 'lens' is a hole the size of a pin. You can ake thej easily in tin cans as long as no light gets in, and you just expose the "image" you want to take to this tiny pinprick for a small amount of time, and devlop it in a dark room. It takes some really incredible images. Just go to google images, and put in "Pinhole Photography"

wow thanks. i have never tried anything like that. given from my first reponse. i'll have to look into it sometime. anyways what kind of camera would you to that with? just any kind or does it ahve to be a certain kind. i'm totally clueless!! thanks ~D~

You can literally use a tin can, put a pin prick hole in the middle and make sure no light can get it, I can have a look somewhere and see if I can find the instructions on howt o make them. You need a dark room to develop them though.
