Parodies, when do they cross the line?

    I got ya Bob, it's not just jive talking you know, at first i was afraid, i was livified, kept thinking i could never post without being parodified.

    It takes two though right? Just me and you.

    Parodies cross the line when they go from a well formed comic piece, designed to entertain, to a constructed work made for the composer's own personal gratification.

    It's one thing to be clever and witty, another to take acclaim for other people's efforts.
