You are the only one that can answer that specific question. As a rule for me, if I am questioning the reason that I am dating a guy to the extent that you are (Am I with him because I like him or am I with him because I am telling myself that I like him?) Then I generally say that it is time to leave the relationship.

If I question my feelings for a guy then in my opinion the feelings that I think I have are not genuine.

This is only my opinion of course. But if I was you I would give this relationship some seriouse thought.
