I have a section of my poem (below) that might serve your purpose, modified from "Wishing you well..." You can use this if you want. Hope that helps.

Be safe my love,
Should you be gone.
Far away from this lonely place,
Across the ocean where I will gaze.
How I wish that you will stay,
But wishing you well is all I pray.
Please don't forget this lonely heart,
Who wished you well
From the bottom of her heart.
