I am just summing up their profits, and this is also a recount of a real life experience, or interview, to someone who is called homeless.

You saying they earn nothing is a vacuous notion at best.

Oh this is good! Firstly I agree with you Mel and Beyond. I'd like to add a bit here though.

Firstly this country didn't become what it did today through immigrants etc. It became this way because we were shafted good and proper by the USA during and after the WW2. They didn't come into the war because we asked them to. They came in because Hitler declared war on them.
When they did come in they did so under the provision that we brought arms at inflated rates and that we would agree to dismantle the empire.
Check your history.

Secondly, our country's problems stem back to the civil war when there was a move to get rid of parliment. But Cromwell was just another aristocrat in disguise. It was the new model army and the levellers who were the true reformers.
And we are still ruled by parliment. It doesn't matter who you vote for you always get the government.

Thirdly, we are (mis)led to believe that we live in a democracy. WRONG! How can it be democratic until there is proportional representation?
Remember bush head got elected in the US because a good proportion of the votes weren't allowed to be counted!

As for where you come from, apart from the racist faggots out there, and you know who you are, the majority of English people couldn't give a flyng toss where you come from. After all there's not much of an indigenous population left here. We all come from somewhere else.

Homelessness - a major contribution was indeed the closure of psych hospitals, but the main reason is often based in capitalism.
I squatted for twenty odd years - I didn't do this out laziness, I did it as a political statement. The housing situation in this country is dire and has been for decades. We don't need any new builds at least not as many as we're led to believe. We need the landlords who hold empty properties brought to book, and this includes a great many local housing authorities, you know the ones we pay our pool tax to.

And as to the weather, it's just weather mate. We all contributing to the demise of planets eco-system. If anything we need to lobby the americans to get with it. Kyoto maybe a drop in a flooding ocean, but when the main contibutors turn their back...
