It says binding on it with a price? When you use that to publisha boook do you pay for binding? How do you get money from that if someone buys your book?

I didn't know if you published with LuLu they pay you, thats why I turned away from them and chose AuthorHouse when i get my book published...like Simon said anything to help out someone from PnQ I will purchase it as well!
