this is the grave of a loved one.. help me

i've lost too many loved ones and too many times did i try to commit, it hurts inside and sometimes i wish i knew what to do, recently about a month ago my g/f commited, it hurt me deep inside and i did not know what to say. it hurt me deep inside to know she was gone and that i was never going to see her again. at her wake i cried and cried and at her funeral and i cried again. now its already been a one month anniversary and i miss her so, can anyone help me? i need to know, can anyone give me advice out there to help me get over this sadness i feel in my heart? Valentines will never be that same again....
