It's different for everyone...stop trying to write and put your mind into something else. Enjoy the experience everyday life brings and you might just find you have something to write about! |

I write one word and then alot of words that remind me of that word and words that describe that word. Sometimes it doesn't come out like crap. |

don't force a poem. i seem to be at a block also, but let's just say that the few poems i've written in the past few weeks don't feel the same... so yeah, my suggestion: don't force a poem. when your inspiration will be back... you simply won't be able to stop writing lol. anyways, take care |

try and give it a break for a little bit (thats what I do and when I come back to it I usually get some of my best work) DO NOT FORCE IT! to many writers out there force their thoughts and ideas into unrelatable scribbles on a page. if after a while you cant think of anything still try listening to some music, go for a walk and really look at something you've walked past a million times before from a different perspective, take a look at one of the poetry games, write a bunch or random words and pick one from a hat and write about that.. these are just some examples |
