please help me im desperate with no more options

hi, ive only just started typing up my writing on this site...so its all really new to me to have people actually know whats goin on. i guess im writing this to ask what is left for me to do...about 6 days ago i was found by a friend of mine uncioncious and with my wrists cut i got taken to hospital and got 15 stiches in eacha arm...i guess i feel worse knowing i cant even take my own life when i know its over....can anyone suggest any ways or advice for me to just keep tryen coz im at the end of my rope... plz help... i would explain my story but its a long one....if you have the time my email is puffthemagicdragon99@hotmail.com and id really really apreciate it i got nuthing left.
