Wanted Unique Voices: Must be prepared for honest comments

I'm looking for some really stand out talent here. If you're prepared for honest comments and can take suggestion then please post your poems (one at a time please) here. I have a few comments left to hand out from another thread which is why the limit here at the moment is one.

Recollections: It's really good but reads more like a story. I gave you some suggestions if you wanted to make it a story or just keep it as a poem.

Any more? Just so you know at times I can be the, "Simon Cowell." of writing for those who have seen American Idol but that's only because if people have the ability to write but don't use it and nobody shows them then they'll never learn. So please don't take any comments as rude just in case they come off that way. I just like trying to toss suggestions.

Id really like some honest comments on my poems. I know my newer ones aren't as good as my older ones so if you could tell me how to emprove on some of each of them I'd gladly return the favor
