    Here is a few home remedies:

    1)Drink warm Honey with tea will help you relieve those stressful aches in your body.

    2)Drink honey with cold Milk, it may help energise you. If you need it.

    3)Elevate your legs when sitting, it will help reduce the aches, and wiggle your toes for a few minutes every hour while sitting. Move your ankles in circles. This will help strenghten and massage your legs thus removing un-wanted aches...

    yes, like Ismail said toe wiggling and ankle movement is key. Don't put any cold compresses or ice on your feet though. That will slow down blood flow and you don't want to do that. Wiggling and movement will increase bloodflow and help.

    my west indian family have the same cure for everything- so I'm going to tell you what they tell everyone- lol- drink a cup of tea, don't think about it- and take a nap- because my family thinks naps cure everything

    Depending on how your body retains water during pregnancy Sunshine I would be careful about ingesting too much to aleviate your swelling, try a warm or cool compress just towels or whatever you have lying around the house in water, mixed with tea tree or aloe vera is a great option...helped me anyways goodness knows it was ridiculous having no ankles LMAO :o)

    Oooh and gentle stretches as well, certain pilates exercises and theres a great new gym class called "preggy bellies" check it out...specifically for pregnant women and highly regarded by doctors :O)

    Its just fluid rentention alot of women suffer during pregnancy...especially with twins like our Sunny...gees Sunny how long has it been since you seen your feet? :o)
