yes, like Ismail said toe wiggling and ankle movement is key. Don't put any cold compresses or ice on your feet though. That will slow down blood flow and you don't want to do that. Wiggling and movement will increase bloodflow and help. |

Depending on how your body retains water during pregnancy Sunshine I would be careful about ingesting too much to aleviate your swelling, try a warm or cool compress just towels or whatever you have lying around the house in water, mixed with tea tree or aloe vera is a great option...helped me anyways goodness knows it was ridiculous having no ankles LMAO :o) |
