Break Outs

Well ok maybe I should have put "Girls Only" but that just seems to dragguys in.

Any way..When ever I'm on my period I break out really bad..I wash my face and all but I still break out, so is there anything i can do?? Is there any good face pruducts you can reccomend??

Apparently getting a good birth control pill can help you out.

moisturize if you get too dry......use toothpaste.

Girl I know what you mean...I DO TO! either on my chin...or on my forehead..one or the other...I use clean and clear on a daily basis...I really like that...But I've also been trying this little tube my Neutrogena and it worked REALLY good!....BUT I want to tell you that when I first used it, it made my WHOLE face itch to where I had to miss school, but then I got used to it and my face has been way clearer!

But really you can't help it when your on your period you're bound to break out....Whatver you do...DONT put foundation on it , it only makes the oil get in your skin and break out more

Yeh right, I wish... I'm the same as you jelly bean, I wash my face twice a day and I also use a cream called 'Clearasil Ultra rapid action treatment cream'. I find it works well only if you really put LOADS on lol. Other than that I don't know :S If you find the answer let me know!

SLUVY!!!!!! OMGGGGGGG....dude my breast always hurt when I'm on my period...I know that part....but does tender mean hard...I always have people (my friends lol) feel my breast because it gets all hard as if the muscle tenses up! I've been wondering about that!

mm tender doesn't really mean hard... and a thought a good part of your breasts aren't muscle anyway...

Toothpaste dries out spots, only use it on blackheads though. A oil-free facewash is the best idea.

~ I use Clearasil Icewash. It's a gel, and it will burn a little when you rinse it off, but it works really well.... I use Neutrogena Blackhead Cleanser, I think thats what it's called, anyway, it has little beads in it and it works really well, too. Well, Good Luck!!!

I just invest in some nice coverup, cause my face does that too. I only break out right before my period. And I havn't found anything that works. If you want to be an optimist, think of it as a nice little warning sign.
