It does, but it also prepares you for life. You don't just learn from books at school, you learn respect and how to handle people. It prepares you for the real worl more than you realize. It also can be quite fun at times. But it starts to early and doesn't end soon enough. I want our longer summers back.

True Zy, There are the people who just skip and don't do anything. But that has concequences. They aren't prepared for life. In this day and age you have to have a college degree. Skipping school and stuff won't get you very far.

But yeah... I don't have school yet either ^.^

Yeah Ally, school prepares you for the real world...which also sucks. Sorry, I have a shirt that says that. I start school tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to it. I think it should be like it was back in the day when you only went to school until 8th grade. lol. K...Thats all I have to say

i believe that school is preparing us for work when were older. i mean coming in when we dont want to, getting assignments is like doing a paper for your boss. Even though i dont want to work, id rather do my candy biz(AAA Vending) it is still important

School "sucks" when your mum is the teacher, and she is never there. Then she tells you off for being a horrible student, and you return it by saying she is a horrible supervisor... it's a vicious circle, homeschooling.

haha college sucks because i skipped a grade in high school... not completely prepared hartyharhar... but you DO learn from books.. well i do...the philosophical books... yes... i love humanities class no matter what... haha
