Does anyone????

Does anyone have a poem that I could use at an event that has cancer paitents.. In memory of my grandmother because I can't think of any good poems. All the help would be apperciated I would need it by June 7th.

Fighting till the very end
until there's nothing left to do
continued prayer can bring about
kindness, from the one who made you

creating hopelessness that steals your dreams
arriving at the worst moment it seems
nothing in life has ever been fair
courageous battles fought just for air
every once in a while I can smile
remission sadly, only last a short while
