!!Contest!!

And again I'm making a contest. Very original, I put up titles, you make a poem to it.

Rules:
It can be about anyting, except profanity.
It must be written during one of the past three days. (after the 24th).
Must be yours (duh).
Only one poem each.
And yes, you can reserve a title.

So here I go, the titles are quite strange, but whatever:

Ice of Eternity
Heart of the Ocean DONE
Dead rose DONE
Feelings so cold DONE
Never said I was yours
Child of the future
The wild cat

I'm not insane
I never promised DONE
The garden of life

2) Heart Of The Ocean

She rose her bow to the world,
And they faintly echoed back,
With a roar of propellers,
And her sides painted black,

In the ice of the majestic sea,
She broke her steady course,
She shuddered along the icicle,
And groaned from the force,

Water surging under her,
But still she pushed far on,
Another hour before her end,
Until she's finally gone,

Unsinkable they cried,
She'll never be pushed down,
Rose held dearly in the mist,
While Jack would surely drown,

Bodies floating by her waist,
She's gone into the night,
Jack will stay in her heart,
For he shall bring her light,

The necklace not forgotten,
But lost forever more,
Through the quacking ripples,
Upon the ocean floor.

Feelings So Cold

I always thought that
we would grow together old
but then you scared me by showing
feelings so cold

Even when it took you so long
to finally open up my heart
your feelings so cold
torn everything you worked on apart

But you didn't care
not even when my head was low
I wanted to be strong, but to you
no feelings so cold I could show

Because I loved you then and now
I don't really know it anymore
and your feelings so cold
pushed me out of the door

So here I am now today
lost without you
and I cannot think of you
without thinking of your feelings so cold, so blue...

Facing up to you
my prey; driven by my thirst
for blood and pain.

Pulsing, exceeding
the normal rate of a heart
tracking your scent.

Killing is my cacoethes
and I relinquish in your fear.
You hide behind a frightful light;
I welcome what I see.
Your weakness, I pity
I raise my shield.

The impuissance you're exerting
Means little to me
With this lion shield I hold in front of me
I have no shame; no guilt.

Facing up to you

Dead Rose

Wandering Earth without a cause
No hope, no joy, no true life
Withered down to my very core
My old burning fire is no more

Like a dead rose, sorrow takes over
Nothing to smile about anymore
naught of beauty, but of thorns
Only dying colors still adorn

I've lost to time's little game
Thought I could outlive fate
But like always, I was wrong
tis in sadness I belong

Surrounded by flocks of golden lilies
Watching other roses bloom in sight
Only my petals seem to fade
Only I seem to lose my color shade

They all grow taller and taller
Reaching the sky of heat
They take all of light
Leaving me in dark blight

I'm a dead rose, an unseen pain
Against all the beauties of the world
Alone I stand in my own shadow
Alone I speak with dying woe

Excellent work, I am highly impressed by what great work you have made with these titles, which I thought were nearly impossible. I am stunned!
