What is it about life that makes people yearn for attention?

ok wait thats a large question what is it about LIFE that makes peole yearn for attention? how do you mean that do you want some massive cosimic answer about the meaning of life or did you just want to know "what is it with people they make them yearn for attention?" i see no way how LIFE gets involved in peoples want for attention

maybe it's the sugar... you know, the cereal's great and all, but if you eat too much.. with sugar.. then hyperactivity ensues... hmm... speaking of.. i miss that life cereal... haven't had it in about a year..

I think we are socialized from an early age to look outside ourselves for answers, an pretty much everything.

I's very rare to find someone who does not need approval in some form...but yes I believe we learn to need attention.

I don't really like attention of any kind, whether it's good or bad.. I get embarrassed too easily, but I do like to be liked x
