love or lust?

ive been on and off with a guy i know for about a year, i knew him a whole year before anything happened though. after sometime i gave him my number as a friend and we text each other all day, eventually the texts turned to flirting and soon after i started seeing him in secret-nobody knew about us..every now and then we would do something new,and we eventually had sex. i didnt want to because he has a girlfriend but i really wanted to, but i cant remember anything about it! i know we did have sex but i cant remember anything about it! its confusing me because i dont know if i really have fallen for him or if i only lusted after him because he was already taken.....nobody knows about us and neither of us want anybody to know about us since its going so well...

but the fact is : he still has a girlfriend, and i work with him...

That sounds like a really tough and sucky situation. To find out if it's love or lust maybe you should just try not doing anything too physical with him. And maybe that way you'd be able to tell. Or just talk to him about everything you're thinking and feeling. That's all the advice I have.

Well if you guys are a secrtet, what makes you think he is keeping a secret from you i.e. an other girl. Its up to you, you should ask yourself "When was the first time I fell in love with" then you should know if it is love or lust
