I messed up my hair!!!!!!

I messed up my hair, by coloring it a funny color (but not on purpose) HELP!!!!!! What should i do?!?! do you think ill get used to it??? I am so confused!

What color?
Usually you can dye over it, but perhaps you should ask a hairdresser.
If it's a funny shade of red, for instance, you could add some auburn and level it out to make a normal color, and so on.
Sonetimes a few well-placed stripes can help it look better. Or you can follow Anne of Green Gables' example and chop it all off! But that's a bit radical, and I wouldn't really advise it.

You should be able to dye over without any problems, no matter what the colour.

When I was 15, I highlighted my hair and dyed the hightlights pink all by myself. I did it horribly wrong, and it looked like my hair was pink with brown streaks when I finished - I also had to play a soldier in a play at the time. I was the most memorable person ever to play a WW1 soldier.

And then as it started fading, it went a really horrible ginger colour - and you know what, I just laughed. I didn't take it seriously. I eventually died in black, but I made sure I saw the humour at the time.

yea what i ended up doing is putting on a hat and going out and just bought dye.. cuz i highlighted it and it look all gross and stripey ...hope the dye doesnt turn out horrible....... ill let ya kno....

First off, calm down...it's not the end of the world.
Go to Sally's Beauty Supply or any beauty supply and ask for some color stripper. It's like ten bucks. Basically it strips all the color off your hair, but you can't stop there cause it won't actually turn your hair back to the natural color.
But it will remove all the other dye so the new dye will take hold and won't chemically react with whatever dye is on it now. Just put some new dye on and it should go whatever color that's on the box as long as it's not like light blonde. It's hard to dye your hair blonde when you have dark hair unless you use the professional stuff.

dont dye it over again though... trust me. i tried it and ended up burning my head with the dye because i tryed so many times to get it right.

I think that you could probably fix it but if u cant then dont worry to much about it.. its just hair it will go back to normal eventually
