My friend needs help and i dunno how to help her

hi,

Last week, My friend was raped, in her own home. She stabbed the guy in self-defence and he died, but the thing is, she is so torn over it, and she cries so much, i know she must be hurting. But how do i help her.
My poem "stabbed in self-defence" gives more of an image into what happened.
I am there for her, and i'll listen if she needs to talk, but she wont see a counsellor or talk to her parents about it (she lives in a hostel and isnt close to her family).
I dunno how else to help

Oh my goodness!!!! i didnt know that poem was true! dearie me... well your friend is very lucky to not have been killed. i know she is hurting; she just needs a great friend like you by her side. people are going to talk about what "really happened". rumors. and she will need your support through that too. she just needs someone to stay close to her...

i kno how you feel, my best friend and i were both raped. its so painful to get over. just let your friend kno you there for her and stand up for her, cause she will still be very fragile and emotional. like ^^^^rumors will spread and she will need support threw it all.
