When my hair was short to make it grow faster at night I would put it in little pony tails all over my head. It pulls the hair tight and seems to make it grow much faster. |

Gelatin also helps. I used that to make my hair and nails grow faster. |

Well, there was a time when I cut my hair super short, and couldn't fit it into a ponytail. So a while back, as soon as I had enough hair, I tied it up. I would only let it down at night, and then I would brush it ferociously and tie it back up, sleeping with it in a rather loose ponytail. Anyway, recently I've noticed that it's really long. |

I agree with the tying up your hair thing as well, because it also stimulates your hair follicules to grow faster. |

Yeah I've heard that too. And cutting it doesn't make it grow faster either. |

I really don`t think that there is many effective ways to grow your hair out except naturally, or extentions. |

I think as far as cutting goes, that's only for those people who have long or semi-long but want ti longer or keep it the length they have. And it's not best to cut but just to trim ti so it gorws healthy and doesn't get split ends |

Any advice for some one who wants stronger hair? I looked at a brush that had been clean before I started brushing, and it was a complete mess from all the hair that came off. Doesn't happen as much when my hair is dry, but it doesn't look good when you get fifty (exageratoing probably) full length strans of hair in your hand simply from lightly squeezing the outside of the lock of and moving your hand down. |
