always wear it down... no matter how hot it gets!!

and when you shampoo your hair, massage your scalp. it stimulates the blood in your scalp to make your hair grow.

When my hair was short to make it grow faster at night I would put it in little pony tails all over my head. It pulls the hair tight and seems to make it grow much faster.
Oh, and I've heard that there are vitamins you can take to make your hair grow and there's also that Mane and Tail shampoo. However, I don't know how effective either of those are.

Gelatin also helps. I used that to make my hair and nails grow faster.

Well, there was a time when I cut my hair super short, and couldn't fit it into a ponytail. So a while back, as soon as I had enough hair, I tied it up. I would only let it down at night, and then I would brush it ferociously and tie it back up, sleeping with it in a rather loose ponytail. Anyway, recently I've noticed that it's really long.

So, tying up your hair is good, it seems.

I agree with the tying up your hair thing as well, because it also stimulates your hair follicules to grow faster.

I read somewhere that you can't make your hair grow any faster, becuase how fast it grows is in your genes or something like that.

But I don't remember where I read it, I just know it was on the internet.

Yeah I've heard that too. And cutting it doesn't make it grow faster either.

I really don`t think that there is many effective ways to grow your hair out except naturally, or extentions.
As for cutting your hair to make it grow -- if you`ve already got super short hair, cutting will just give you like a buzz cut. But if you`ve got decent length hair and want it longer still, cutting won`t do anything at all, except make it shorter. I don`t know what kind of genious mind thought up cutting your hair to get it to grow, but I once heard that whoever thought that up, was trying to see how many people would fall for it.

I think as far as cutting goes, that's only for those people who have long or semi-long but want ti longer or keep it the length they have. And it's not best to cut but just to trim ti so it gorws healthy and doesn't get split ends

Eating a balanced diet helps too. Right now you could use clips or other fun hair do-dads to keep the hair off your face. I have long-ish hair but I've got short layers in the front that don't go back. So I use bobby pins when needed.

Any advice for some one who wants stronger hair? I looked at a brush that had been clean before I started brushing, and it was a complete mess from all the hair that came off. Doesn't happen as much when my hair is dry, but it doesn't look good when you get fifty (exageratoing probably) full length strans of hair in your hand simply from lightly squeezing the outside of the lock of and moving your hand down.

Purple- Your hair is alot weaker when it is wet, so use a comb made for wet hair. Look for a shampoo that strengthens as well.
