On Average, How Much Do You Exercise a Day?

In a day, what is your average workout.

On a Tuesday, I would walk to the dance school, have 2.30 continues hours of dance, first flamenco, then irish dancing, and then walk back. Apart from that I would walk the dogs at night.
Although I haven't been doing them lately, a usual home exercise I would do is 3 sets of 12 push-ups, but instead of holding the weight on the toes I still hold it on the knees, and 20 abdominals. Wednesday, Thursday and sometimes Friday and Saturday I have a single class.

Huh, and I wondered why I wasn't very fit...

Okay, and how much exercise do you get?

Edit: and a once-a-week martial arts class. :-)

How much do I exercise a day? Not enough.

Make sure you're not exercising every day, give yourself at least one day, preferably two days a week to allow your bodies to heal and rebuild.

You can stay fit and healthy by exercising for just an hour three times a week.

i climb and descend 2 sets of 4 flights of stairs everyday to get to my college from my dorm... and back... and at home i do 5 to 10 sets of 20 push-ups... depending on my mood and state of boredom... 5 to 10 sets of 20 crunches... again, depending on my mood and state of boredom... play with my weights, which weigh 20 lbs. each.. until my arms get tired to the point i can't carry them anymore... i don't count... this is everyday... that's all i do... for about... 6 months now...

I probably don't exercise enough during the summer. But lately I've been playing this game called DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) every day, for at least an hour. It's a pretty good workout, and it's fun!

Hmm walking from the carpark to work
Taking care of two young boys is a cardio work out on its own...but I cant say at the moment especially in this bloody cold weather that I dedicate time to actually "exercise" unless you include shopping - thats really bad LMAO Im gunna regret this come bikini season...
