I have a really good one!!!

    Milk Chocolate Caramel Creme Brulee

    Ingredients:

    1 cup milk
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 cup granulated white sugar
    1 tablespoon corn syrup
4 ounces chocolate (i used nestle semisweet chocolate chips)
    8 egg yolks

Mix the milk and cream in a saucepan and boil. reduce heat but keep on so milk stays hot. stir every 3 minutes.

At the same time, mix sugar and corn syrup in a heavy saucepan. put in just enough water to cover the edges of the sugar. WITHOUT STIRRING, put over medium heat for about 20 minutes. mixture should be 356* on a candy thermometer or a deep amber color.
REMOVE SUGAR FROM HEAT. VERY SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY pour milk and cream mixture into sugar while stirring. IF DONE QUICKLY MIXTURE COULD SPLATTER AND CAUSE SEVERE BURNS. When all the cream is added, stir well. add in the chocolate; mix until melted. ( if using chocolate chips, do not melt all of them. it gives the creme brulee an added texture.)

Preheat oven to 300* F. place all egg yolks into a medium sized bowl. while stirring, slowly add cream and sugar mixture to yolks until completely blended. IF DONE TOO FAST, YOU WILL HAVE SCRAMBLED EGGS AND CREAM. divide mixture among six ramekins OR custard cups, (coffee cups can be used) and place in water bath. (A water bath is a baking pan filled halfway with water, and the creme brulee cups are set inside them. i would pull the rack halfway out of the oven, place the pan with the creme brulee inside it on the rack, and fill halfway with water using a measuring cup.) bake 30-40 minutes. creme brulee will be set on the outside and will be loose in the center. ( itll jiggle like Jell-O.) remove from oven. LEAVE IN WATERBATH until water is cool. then chill cups for AT LEAST 2 hours, up to two days. when ready to serve, sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of sugar over cup and torch. you can also melt sugar by placing it under a broiler. this will only take a couple of minutes so watch CAREFULLY.

Don't know any good creme brulee ones, but here's my famous Banana Cake.

Take approximately half a cup of honey, and a half a pat of butter. Put them together in a pan and melt on the stove until runny. Handle carefully. Try not to get the honey burnt.
Put into a mixing bowl. Mash four over-ripe bananas and add them to the melted honey and butter along with a sprinkle of powdered cinnamon. Add three to four eggs. Stir well.
Slowly mix in a cup of white flour and one and a half cups of integral (brown) flour. Next put in about one teaspoon of baking (rising) powder.
Grease a baking pan with butter and put the mixture into it. Bake for approximately three quarters of an hour, or until the top is a rich golden color and the center is as hard as the edges.
Wait for it to cool a little bit before serving.

Can be served with cream, ice-cream, chopped fruit, yoghurt, etc.
