Building sandcastles
With you by my side
Our hands softly touching
Our faces we hide

The waves lap the shore
The ocean's so blue
I'd rather do nothing
Than be here with you

You know that I'm blushing
You smile with glee
We hold a warming gaze
As we stand at the sea

The salt in the water
The chill in the air
But you promise you love me
You promise you care

Your arms hold me tender
Your love is so sweet
We kiss in the water
The sand at our feet

The waves come in stronger
You hold me closer still
I love how you protect me
And shelter me with will

The sandcastle is swept away
By the force of the waves
But our love is much stronger
Our love always stays

Once again as two lovers, we secretly meet
Another passionate night, silent...discreet.

No one around but the stars above
Let us welcome the night with this forbidden love.

Lightly caress, with your hands, my skin
Let the heavens weep upon our sin.

Our souls rise up, farther than the stars
Let us rejoice, once again, for the night is ours.

Softly kiss my lips, sweep me off my feet
Our hearts pound fast, in one single beat.

Gently touch my body, let your hands explore
Feel it tremble and shiver, asking for more.

Let your lips wander; satisfy your needs
My heart pounds louder than the crashing seas.

Regret not a thing, though it may not seem right
Let us not forget this everlasting night.

You begin to venture ever so slow
Hold me tight in your arms, and don't let me go.

Just close your eyes and clear your mind
Tonight I am yours and you are mine.

I surrender my body completely to you
Let us join together, no longer as two.

Silent moans, muffled by the rain
You slightly smile and kiss away my pain.

Our bodies thrusting, the passion ignites
No need to hold back, just hold me tight.

The clock starts ticking slower in pace
As trickles of sweat, run down your face.

The minutes don't end, seconds seem like forever
Time stops just for us, once again we are together.

But the night must now come to cease
This forbidden love must find an ease.

As dawn breaks through, fading the stars
I smile at you, for last night was ours.

Once again as two lovers we must depart
Holding this secret deep in our hearts.

The heavens still weep upon our sin

Goodbye my Lover

I guess this is goodbye, although not in my heart,
Said you'd never leave me, yet now we are apart.
You said you'd love me until the day I die,
Promising never to hurt me, never to make me cry.

Look at us now, just two faces among the crowd,
Thought you loved me, but this was not allowed.
Now I sit here, alone crying in my bed,
Yet I can't get our image out of my head.

Goodbye my lover, this is now the end,
No more hanging out, no longer my best friend.
Goodbye sweetie, love you although you're gone,
Now I guess it's time, for me to just move on.

I remember a time, way back when we were young,
"We Belong Together" is what we always sung.
Now look at us, can't even talk anymore,
Yet you took my heart when you walked out the door.

Told me on the phone, how one day we'd be wed,
Now not a word spoken, all love has completely fled.
Can't get over, what you said to me that night,
Let me just say, you and I, never again will be alright.

Goodbye my lover, this seems to be the end,
Still can't believe I lost my very best friend.
Goodbye sweetie, love you though you're gone,
In my heart you'll always be there, but it's time to move on.

Taking over me

Every waking moment my thoughts are on you
i wonder if you think the same
i always think of when we'll next meet
you're taking over me

i can't get you out of my head
my heart beats faster when you're around
when you kiss me i feel pure bliss
you're taking over me

with you i feel happiness
an unfamiliar feeling
i feel safety
you're taking over me

you are my one, my only
we say our vows
we will spend forever, together
you've taken over me.

A Broken Heart

I always remember those moments we've shared
When I'm feeling down
You show you care
You do your best to be a clown
And we laugh and laugh until the dawn

When time come your feeling blue
I'm always there beside you
Giving all the support is what I do
And then friendship starts for me and you

Day pass and we've been together
knowing each other better
We were happy together
I thought it would never end forever

But one time you said you have to go
And letting you go is the best I can do
And then when you leave, no matter how i try
I cant help my self but to cry

Remembering those memories from the heart
Those Happy days when good friends start
But then distance made us apart
And nothings left me but a broken heart.......

Stuck In The Past

Stuck in the past, caught in a net
My broken heart has not given up yet
Yearning for you, crying at night
Trapped in the dark, fighting for light..

Emotions tied too tight, impossible to retreat
My mind just waiting for my heart to delete
Jumbled thoughts flow through my mind
A safe, peaceful place they must find..

Please god relieve me of this pain
And pour all these feelings down the drain
Free me from the past, untangle this net
For another man I have met..

"My final goodbye"

He walks into his house,
checks the mail box on the way,
It is always empty,
yet he checks it every day.

But today is different,
now there is a letter there,
It is addressed to him,
Theres tension in the air

He walks up to his house,
with the letter in his hand,
He sits down on a bench.
Why now? He doesn't understand.

He knows who's the sender,
He knows it is from her.
She'll tell him about how shes doing,
missing how things were.

He can't believe she even dared,
didn't she remember it?
She broke up with him,
She just said she wanted to quit.

He knows now she wants him back,
but she should have gone away,
Now he can't stop thinking of her,
Shes in his mind every day.

He walks into the house, his room,
Grabbes a paper and pen,
He sits down by his desk,
thinking of her again.

The letter is still untouched,
he doesn't want to know,
He knows she'll say the same thing,
"Darling I miss you so."

He writes and writes,
the words come like fire,
He asks her to stop,
Stop this burning desire.

"Honey I don't want you back,
I think you do know why.
I can't hold on to this anymore,
This is my final goodbye"

She Don't Cry

He was proud just to say "She don't cry"
His lovely girl was his world
The sparkle, the shine within his eye

She loved her dad more than anything
He was her world in her mind
There was nothing more God could bring

As she got older he became very sick
But still she didn't cry a tear
So just for her he remained solid as a brick

But days wore on and worse he became
She stayed with him hours on in
Pretending things were still the same

So weeks went by but he was no better
And she saw that he would soon die
But still she didn't cry for he wouldn't let her

She stayed with him and held his hand tight
As she knew it would all be over
She still told him that everything was all right

He didn't believe her but told her it was okay
So she sat silently by his side
There she remained as his life slowly fell away

Then one day he sat up with the strength he had
And said in a whisper "Im proud of you"
She looked at him and all she said was "I know dad"

He slowly slid down and he peacefully died
And finally a tear slid down her cheek
For the first time she laid her head down and cried.....

(I wrote this poem to show that this girl never cried because she had her dad and that was all she needed.)
