what should i do? someone help

heres the problem... i dated this guy for almost a year and he goes on a chat line thingy threw his cell phone right? he told me repeatedly that hes just fucking with the other chicks minds hey.... and i got a hold of one of their numbers to find out that hes dating her...when i found out and three wayed him and the girl i had a panic attack and stopped breathing for a while and passed out... and when i woke up i wanted to kill myself but he phones me couple mins after and reassures me that hes not dating her... and me and the other chick kept doing three ways and i found out that it was true... so we dumped eachother and now i want to kill myself.. but he keeps stoping me... why? obviously he dowsnt love me..but later on... i find out that i might be preggo....so what he says.... so i have no fucking clue as to what to do.. can some one help me or give me advise???? please
