I was in the same position you are...I changed majors three times! Which if any one of you go to college, changing your major kind of sets you back pretty bad...
Best thing to do...Is figure out what you want to do as a career...Then figure out what needs to be done (They have counselors for this too y'know? They can be of great help!) Have the motivation, the drive, and slowly but surely work towards your goal...
I personally have decided college is not for me...LoL...I am going to start my own business pretty soon...

Well what do you want to do? Teach? Edit? Write? At least you know your major, English...Once that diploma is in your hand...just go with whatever pays best! LoL

Go with whatever you're most passionate about. If you want to write books, you can do it. There are several jobs out there that involve writing. You could be a journalist, author, etc. I know i'm going to pursue my dream. Good pay is important, but not the most important. What's improtant is that you're doing something you love to do.

Um, let's see. If you.. want this as your career, you shouldn't ever doubt it. If you do, then it isn't for you. You should know, for certain that you want to do.. and strive to do your best at it. Frustration is apart of life.. you will have to learn to coop (SP) with it. Good luck..

You can change your mind many times in college that is why it is best to get the core requirements out of the way which are parts of different studies. You may find something that you like better.
