Concentration

Sounds like your over analyzing something that you did or that happened to you. If thats the case I would just immerse myself in other things for awhile friends/work/writing whatever works for you, and then when you find yourself in a position to think about it again time will have given you more perspective.

It may seem hard to concentrate on other things, but you just have to force yourself. Otherwise youll just fall in a spiral of repetitive thought.

That's pretty much my advice to people who try and concentrate a little too much on writing poetry. It's always good to give yourself a little break, but as you say you don't have time to wonder off in to your subconscious (pfft, I mean, who the heck does in their final year of GCSE (and about that -OH MY GOD)). Point is, just relax a bit- try and re-think over everything that may be bothering you. And in the end...erm...deal with it all, somehow. Heh.

Think of those pink clouds and that bridge leading you to success...

...I know it sounds cheesy but I had to say something somewhat amusing, didn't I?

Anyway, work hard but relax =).

I have the same problem. In my case it's because I stay up/wake up too late, and am constantly worried and angry that I don't/never will have a boyfriend.

Have a goal. It may take small goals to acomplish the goal.
