Sounds like your over analyzing something that you did or that happened to you. If thats the case I would just immerse myself in other things for awhile friends/work/writing whatever works for you, and then when you find yourself in a position to think about it again time will have given you more perspective. |

That's pretty much my advice to people who try and concentrate a little too much on writing poetry. It's always good to give yourself a little break, but as you say you don't have time to wonder off in to your subconscious (pfft, I mean, who the heck does in their final year of GCSE (and about that -OH MY GOD)). Point is, just relax a bit- try and re-think over everything that may be bothering you. And in the end...erm...deal with it all, somehow. Heh. |

I have the same problem. In my case it's because I stay up/wake up too late, and am constantly worried and angry that I don't/never will have a boyfriend. |

Have a goal. It may take small goals to acomplish the goal. |
