You need to make him make himself clear who he likes for a start.
From what you've said it sounds like he's leading a few people on. You especially.
What does he think he's doing trying to make you jealous of someone who obviously wants nothing to do with him anyway.

But thats my opinion. You obviously see something worth something in him.
But untill he quits the drinking love, he's not going to be clear with anyone.
Get him on his own and try have a quiet word with him about his behaviour. He might listen to you if you show him how much he's upsetting/confusing you.
