Can Anyone Help?

    Okay lately i have been having trouble sleeping. I usually sleep for less than three hours a night, and even when i get the full three hours i'm awake every half hour or so, and i have horrible nightmares.
    I went to the doctors a while back and he said it could be caused by stress, but i have nothing that i currently worried about.
    I have tried having a hot bath, a hot drink, reading before bed, lavender incense and sleep balm.
    Yesterday i finally got put on sleeping tablets, and i took one last night and it worked like a charm, only i really really don't want to be taking them, i have never liked the idea of sleeping tablets.
    Does anyone have other ideas that i can try?

    haha hey me and you have the same problem
    I dont think you should take pills because then you can become depentent on them

    what I think is maybe you arent active enough
    I skate alot before i got bed you know just around the block and i then i feel tired and sleep

    so maybe you should try a sport or something and if your already in one then idk what esle to say

    I'm already pretty active, i play football every few days, swim once a week, and practise kickboxing every day.
    And i start a judo club next week.
    I eat fairrly healthy and drink lots of water and i have tried mediatation.
    Seems someone up there just doesnt want me to sleep lol.
