Haha, this must be a pretty typical thing because you sound just like a lot of my male friends. |

Find a something you like to do, that keeps you active at the same time. There are so many options. You could play a sport, skateboard, snowboard, rollerblade, ride a bike, or just walk around with friends. You need to focus on something other than games. You can break that addiction... |

I used to be the same. I played, and played, and played, and played, and played some more... continously... maybe not 18 hours, but, say 4 or 5, which is still much, and anyway, I realize now that I would have done some serious damage to my brain, if it wasn't that we moved house, and at the new place the internet wasn't connected for a whole FIVE months. By the time it was, I had lost most of my interest in the games. |

Think about what you could miss in these times youre playin stupid computer games. I played computergames when i was younger too. But i thought about these times were some lost times and i should do somethin better. Now its like everytime i wanna play, it hurts because of i have the thought of some lost lifetimemoments that someone schould use in a better way |

I used to be like this as well when i was much younger..and all I can say it I gradually realized it was a waste of my precious life...and though it wasn't easy...I filled up my life with music and other affirming things... |
